Outdoor: From 1st to 4th grade, it was pretty much running around, monkey bars, swings, chasing girls (literally, because we ran around), trade basketball cards (an illegal activity at school), play with our toys we would sneak from home (also illegal), sing/rap, and just talk about video games. 5th grade, it was all football. And also, the whole class (and another 5th grade class) got in trouble for planning a fake wedding between this boy in my class and girl in another. I had no part of it, but we all suffered for it, lol. It was embarrassing, but we had quite the imagination back then.

Indoor: Most classes had all kinds of toys and board games, so we would do that for pretty much the final hour of class on Fridays. Those who talked throughout the class period would normally be sent sit out in the hall near the counselor’s office. All of our classrooms (except K5 and the specialty classes) at Rose were open rooms so pretty much everyone can see and hear what goes on in each class. So for those who got in trouble end up spending the final hour watching us from across the hall have fun lol. I wasn’t always good, so it happened to me a couple of times lol.
